For Second Week in a Row, Paragon Products’ TAC GLASSES is No. 1 in the Nation

HONG KONG, July 26, 2021 – Paragon Products Ltd. announced today that the direct-response advertising campaign for its Bell+Howell TacGlasses™ is No. 1 in the nation for the second week in a row, according to independent monitoring firm DRMetrix. This achievement comes as it passes its 206th week on the charts, meaning the campaign is closing out its fourth year as a nationwide success.

TacGlasses are military-style sunglasses promoted by TV personality Nick Bolton and distributed by E. Mishan & Sons, Inc. (“Emson”), a top firm in the ‘As Seen on TV’ industry. Its well-known commercial features several signature scenes, including one where its light-filtering technology reveals a colorful American eagle on what appeared to be a blank screen.

“We obviously did a great job selling these sunglasses, but this is one of those rare cases where the customer experience actually exceeds the expectations set by the commercial,” said Jordan Pine, co-founder of Paragon. “The way these lenses make colors more vivid is truly a ‘wow’ the first time you try it.”

TacGlasses are part of the hugely successful TAC line of products that includes flashlights (e.g. Bell+Howell TacLight™), a men’s shaver (e.g. Bell+Howell TacShaver™) and several other innovative products with a military theme. All told, the line has produced 16 winners and counting, sold more than 20 million units and generated more than $500 million in sales.
